After completing my master’s in architecture, I studied furniture design and later goldsmithing.
What began with buildings evolved into furniture and finally jewelry; each step smaller, more intimate, and more immediate. What I like about working on this small scale is how immediate it feels. Ideas become tangible very fast, and each detail takes on a new significance.
I do not start with a fixed plan; each piece grows organically through experimentation, as I play with forms and structures. By combining techniques, materials, and methods from my interdisciplinary background, I often arrive at unexpected outcomes that inspire new directions in my work.
Each piece is handmade with care in my home studio in Antwerp.
